B2K SMART LOCKER
B2K Smart locker is Metalprogetti UK's innovative solution to solve space and safety problems in staff changing rooms. It is both a locker and also a uniform distribution system all in one.
After identifying themselves on the system with their ID, which could be in the form of a security pass, fingerprint recognition or a PIN number; the Metalprogetti Smart Locker delivers the personalised garment and storage bag to the collection gate. The staff member can take their uniform from the bag or take the entire bag to the changing area. Once having taken their uniform out of the bag, they replace it with their personal items and return it to the system, identifying themselves once again, and hanging the bag in the slot.
The bags are completely secure and other bags on the system cannot be removed. After a work shift, the user returns to the system, identifies themselves and their own garment bag is delivered to them with their personal garments inside. After changing into their own clothing, they take the dirty garments back to the system and drop them into a special drop off chute which can identify exactly what items of uniform have been dropped off, and the user then redeposits their bag either in this drop off point or, if there are still clean or wearable garments in the garment bag, they redeposit the bag onto the system.
-
Replace traditional lockers in changing rooms
-
Saves up to 70% space
-
Enhanced security
The system is modular and can be designed to fit into some of the most awkward spaces, which otherwise would not be able to be used, and therefore m
maximises usable floor space. It also allows for full inventory and stock control of uniforms, as well as allowing a huge number of reports to be generated.
