An automatic uniform dispenser, created for the distribution of folded garments and small objects. The system can handle many items (up to 180 per module) even when little space is available. It is ideal in all workplaces where frequent changes are required.
Its structure is modular, each module is automated and independent of the others and it contains 90 compartments. The modules can be positioned at different locations, for example separating the clean uniform dispensing point from the soiled returns. To pick up an item, the user identifies themselves and selects the desired item on the touch screen; the system positions the compartment so that the selected items drop onto the distribution shelf beneath the screen.

THE STANDARD HOTEL
The Standard’s brand new 5-star hotel, located in the heart of London’s Kings Cross, required a uniform conveyor solution to efficiently store and manage staff uniforms.
Hôpitaux Universitaires de Genève (HUG) required a fully automated system that could withstand the thousands of uniform items being processed in the hospital each day.
NOBU HOTEL LONDON MAYFAIR
Based on Nobu’s requirements, Metalprogetti UK identified the B2K Smart Locker as the most appropriate solution. It’s incredibly simple to operate, fast and easy to load and offload garments.
INTERCONTINENTAL HOTELS GROUP
InterContinental London Park Lane required a conveyor system that was able to handle in the region 3000 items in their uniform room, whilst generating more available space to allow for the sorting of garments.
I can’t speak highly enough about our experience of Metalprogetti UK. The service was quick and efficient, the communication was impeccable and the team that arrived on site to install the machinery were incredibly professional.
